The jet-black armor with the striker pack attachment points is what sold me, and it poses exactly like the Gaiden artwork. Panel lining the dark plastic was a bit tricky, but the finished silhouette is worth every minute.
Took my time building this one over a weekend, and the way it comes with its own striker pack to manipulate is such a cool touch for the articulation. The jet-black panels really pop on the shelf next to my other 1/100 builds.
The all-black frame with the striker pack looks incredible on the shelf, and the panel lines are crisp enough to pop without any extra work. It’s a fun build that captures the Astray’s jet-black design perfectly.
